Your order is important to us.
Thank you for placing your knitting needs in our hands and supporting our family farm. Each order is processed as quickly as possible, however, there are times when farm life may get in the way of a prompt response to your order. When lambs are bouncing around the paddock or when hay needs to be put in the barn, it may take me a couple days to put your package in the mail. If you need it shipped right away, please leave a comment during the order process and I am happy to speed your order along between new lambs arriving.
Online Payment
You may pay using your major credit card or your own paypal account. Credit card payments are handled through paypal and you will be directed through the payment process of using your credit card.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within one to two business days of purchase using USPS mail. You will have the option at check out of either shipping first class or priority mail. Orders are package and labeled for shipping on our farm by the shepherd herself. If you live outside of the USA and would like to purchase our products, please email me so that we can calculate shipping costs for you.

Wholesale Orders
Because of our large customer base and limited inventory, we are unable to do wholesale orders at this time.
On Farm Purchases
We are happy to have you come directly to the farm to make your purchase. Please call (802) 685-4693 or email in advance to be sure that we will be home and are able to serve you. We accept both cash and credit card payments at the farm.
